Outreach Specialist: High Risk Populations - York County
The successful candidate will provide outreach, supplies, referals, anonymous HIV-antibody testing, and other prevention services to people at risk of HIV infection including injection drug users and other high-risk individuals. The position will place emphasis on outreach to jails, substance abuse treatment facilities, methadone clinics, and shelters. This position will also be responsible for implementing syringe exchange as a new service to our outreach to people who inject drugs.

Qualifications: Experience working in a helping role, outgoing personality with ability to initiate interactions, ability to work in public spaces, ability to talk to people about sexual behaviors and about alcohol and drug use, including needle use. Experience working in this type of field preferred. Valid drivers license and insurance required.

HIV Case Manager - York County
This position provides primary case management services to persons living with HIV and their families in York County. Duties include advocacy, support, outreach, and coordination of necessary medical and support services.

Qualifications: MSW or Bachelors Degree with 3 years related experience preferred. Experience working with people living with substance abuse and mental health issues a plus.

Men's Health Outreach Specialist Job Description
The Men's Health Outreach Specialist is responsible for implementing our Prevention program’s response to the needs of Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) in Portland & Cumberland County.
